Darby loves to encourage its students to make reading a part of their everyday lives.

Every class is given access to Darby's student library every other week with our amazing librarian, Irene Frizzell. Students may check out and renew whatever books they like on the shelves, and are encouraged to take a break to read in our lovely reading garden.

Additionally, students also take part in "Darby Reads," where the more they read, the closer they get towards earning their gold medal in reading.
