Parents, please use the online Resident School Identifier to see if Darby is one of your designated resident schools based on your location.
 
If Darby is identified as your resident school, you will need to pick up an enrollment packet. You may pick up enrollment packets beginning April 2, 2019.
 
To submit an Open Enrollment Application please visit the LAUSD website https://achieve.lausd.net/Page/11000
Open enrollment application period begins April 29, 2019.
On- time application deadline is May 17, 2019.
 
On the day of the lottery drawing, a priority waiting list will be established. Being on the list does not guarantee admittance to Darby Ave Elementary School. The number of available seats in each grade level may not be determined until after the start of school. Once the number of seats is determined, enrollment offers will be made.
 
Those selected will be notified by phone. Offers must be accepted within three days and the enrollment packet must be returned within one week of the phone call in order to secure enrollment in Darby Avenue Elementary School.
